I am a Beautiful You Life Coach since 2016. I am a Happiness Coach. Let me tell you a little bit about why I want to be a coach and support you on your happiness journey.
I know what it feels like to be lost, to feel like you’re in the wrong place and don’t know what to do. I know what it feels like to struggle with your weight and how diets and personal trainers have only been a quick fix instead of what should have been a lifestyle change. I know what it feels like to spend time in the hospital and after that to nurture your body back to health. I know what it feels like to work in a job that is uber demanding, sucks the life out of you and that you dread getting up for in the morning. I know what it feels like to really struggle with the concept of a work-life-balance and not understand the importance of it. I know what it feels like to be scared of my own dreams, because I am afraid they might be too big. I know what it feels like to long for that one person and fighting hard not to lose hope that he is somewhere out there. I know what it feels like to spend too much time in the past and trying to plan for the future instead of just being. I know what it feels like to think that when I achieve a certain goal or am a certain way I finally have earned the right to be happy. I know what it feels like to be unhappy. I know what it feels like to be happy.
That’s why it’s my mission to inspire happiness and spread that love! I believe in love. Love gives life meaning. I think life is a gift and it should be lived to the fullest.
The simplest moments make life extraordinary, add a little magic to our day-to-day and they happen when we’re brave enough to slow down and just be. I believe in letting my heart lead the way, knowing that whatever it is that makes me happy will light it up with joy.
I aspire to lead a life that has meaning to me, following my passion and purpose in life without letting fear get in the way while constantly learning and growing. And last but not least, gratitude is my base for everything and turns what I have into enough, while showing me every day that happiness lies in the simplest things.
